Join Scouts NSW for an unforgettable aviation-themed weekend packed with exciting activities, including:
- 🛩️ Take to the Skies: Enjoy a short flight in a Scouts NSW Cessna plane, piloted by a qualified Scout Pilot from the Air Activities Centre.
- 🚨 Emergency Services Tours: Visit the local State Emergency Service (SES) and Rural Fire Service (RFS).
- 🚁 Behind the Scenes: Explore the Richmond Valley Aviation Helicopter Maintenance Workshop.
- 🎯 Aviation Adventures: Participate in a range of aviation-related activities—and much more!
Important Info
- Catering: Full catering provided from Saturday breakfast to Sunday lunch. A light sausage sizzle will be available Friday night for early arrivals (otherwise, please arrange your own dinner).
- Flight Participation:
- Maximum participant weight: 120kg (for safe flight distribution).
- Adults purchasing a flight ticket: If flights exceed capacity, the last adults to register will have their flights cancelled and receive a $100 refund.
- Prefer not to fly? (Youth Member) No problem! Email harrison.winchester@nsw.scouts.com.au to discuss alternative options.
